1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Curtains & Comfort Interiors, operating via www.curtainsandcomfort.co.uk.

2. Eligibility
2.1 This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Entry is open to both past and current customers of Curtains & Comfort Interiors.
2.3 Employees of Curtains & Comfort Interiors and Manor House Hotel & Spa and their immediate families, or anyone otherwise connected with the organisations, are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period
3.1 The competition opens on July 2, 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on September 19, 2026.
3.2 Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, participants must leave a genuine review of Curtains & Comfort Interiors either:

• On Google Reviews, Facebook Reviews, or directly on the Curtains & Comfort Interiors website.
  4.2 Only one entry per person will be counted, regardless of the number of reviews submitted.
  4.3 Reviews must be honest and based on the entrant’s genuine experience with Curtains & Comfort Interiors.
  4.4 By entering, participants agree that their review may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.

5. Prize
5.1 One winner will receive two (2) passes for a day time spa, plus afternoon tea.

5.3 The prize does not include accommodation, travel, or any additional expenses unless explicitly stated.
5.4 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered. Prize must be redeemed within 6 months of winner selection, no extensions will be provided.

• Cannot be redeemed on bank holidays

• Cannot be redeemed on special event days, such as Mother's day etc. 

• Cannot be redeemed between Christmas and New Year

5.5 Curtains & Comfort Interiors reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
6.2 The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.
6.3 The winner will be notified via the contact details provided or identifiable from their review (where possible).
6.4 If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of notification, Curtains & Comfort Interiors reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity
7.1 By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and/or review content in any promotional material, unless they request otherwise in writing.

8. Data Protection
8.1 Any personal data provided will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
8.2 Data will only be used for the purposes of administering this competition and related marketing communications (where consent has been given).

9. General
9.1 Curtains & Comfort Interiors reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions where necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
9.2 Any changes to the competition will be notified via the website.
9.3 The decision of Curtains & Comfort Interiors in respect of all matters relating to the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.4 This competition and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
